I've been trying to get back into reading instead of wasting away time scrolling on my phone. I've also had some interest in trying to figure out how to actually execute flatlays - they can look so pretty when done right! So I've been using my current reads to model in my learning process for flatlays. These are the ones I've done so far throughout 2019.
I finally caught up on the Red Rising Series by Pierce Brown. Iron Gold and Dark Age were a collective 1,380 pages to read, Dark Age being a monster of 784 pages alone. I gave some spoiler-free reviews on Instagram of both of these books.
I started Serpent and Dove by Shelby Mahurin more recently. I had quite a book hangover from Dark Age, so I needed a long waiting period before I dived into something new. I'll be sure to talk about it on Instagram when I'm finished with it if anyone is interested!
